Saqsby Wealth Management has been in operation since April 2018. We specialize in the administration of Road Accident Fund Trusts , as well as deceased estates. Our duty is to manage client affairs for the best interests of our beneficiaries.

Our aim is to manage our clients funds up until retirement age. As trustees we ensure that our clients financial needs are taken care in the best possible way when they are unable to do so for themselves.

Trust Administration
Our Trusts are registered through the Master of the High Court in accordance with the Trust Property Control Act 57 of 1988. In order for the trust to be registered specific documentation needs to be compiled. We take the hassle out of compiling the documents by liaising with all relevant parties to ensure we get the correct documents first time around. We can therefore ensure a fast, effective and smooth registration of the Trust. Thereafter. we are able to efficiantly manage all the administrative functions of the trust.

Administration of Deceased Estates
Administration of Deceased Estates deals with winding up your estate on your passing. To help facilitate this process it is necessary to have a will drafted by your trusted attorneys.
In an unfortunate event where a loved one has passed on, we are able to administer the estate, trying our best to make the process effortless and possible for the deceased next of kin. Due to the required process in terms of the Administration Of Estates Act 66 of 1965, We collaborate with AQ Osman Inc with their legal expertise to help and making it easier catering to your needs.

We are specialist trustees that manage trust for clients that have been injured in a road accident, we manage their funds that was awarded to them by the RAF our trust management and administration team has more than 10 years’ experience in dealing with trust administration. Abdul has been in the legal industry for the past 15 years and has a range of commercial and business experience. He is well versed in Trust Administration and can draw on his many years of experience to ensure that good financial decisions are made for clients.

Zaakirah Adriaanse
Zaakirah Adriaanse is business student currently in the process of graduating her diploma in business management, she also obtained a certificate with the completion of office administration and client care. She began working in 2018 at Saqsby Wealth Management during such time she handled trust administration as well as all the functions and duties of a personal assistant.
